Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Due to the current upgrade work we are currently only able to accept PayPal for payment online however if you wish to pay by Credit or Debit card please select PayPal and follow instructions on the PayPal website to pay by Card.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Due to charges imposed by PayPal, we regret that we can't accept orders which are less than 5 pounds.
Shipping And Handling
At present we only ship within the UK by Royal Mail or DHL. However if you live outside the UK but within Europe please E-Mail orders@tynemouthsurf.co.uk and we can arrange to have most orders shipped within Europe.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all items within 3 - 5 days. We send your items by Royal Mail or Courier.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy
Items that are damaged or faulty can be returned free of charge by contacting us and quoting your order number and the problem. In the event an item is damaged or faulty it must be returned within 14 days and with ALL original packaging, we will either send a replacement or refund your money.
If an item is incorrectly ordered for example the customer selects an incorrect size, the item will be swapped for the appropriate replacement and the customer will pay the return postage costs and any price difference.
In the event we make an error when processing the order we will correct the error free of charge.
All items must be returned complete with original packaging.
Regretfully we cant exchange or refund CD's, Videos or DVD's unless they are faulty or still sealed.
